Booking & Deposit
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your session date and time. No booking will be confirmed until this deposit is received.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Notice:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.
Refunds & Transfers: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund of the deposit, or the deposit may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).
Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals will result in reduced shooting time to ensure fairness to subsequent clients and maintain the day's schedule.
Weather & Photographer Cancellations
Inclement Weather: In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, outdoor sessions will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Photographer Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that I must cancel your session, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new date—the choice is yours.
Image Delivery & Package Inclusions
Timeline: High-resolution, fully edited digital images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe via a private online gallery.
Raw Files: Under no circumstances are raw or unedited files provided, as they do not represent the quality and standard of my completed work.
Image Count & Extras: Your booking guarantees the specific number of images outlined in your selected package or quote. While I occasionally include a few bonus images as a courtesy, please do not request more than what was agreed upon.
Additional Images: If you would like to receive more images than your original package allows, please request this prior to or during the session so that your package and pricing can be adjusted accordingly.
Usage Rights:
Copyright & Promotion: Chenéa Rheeder Photography retains the copyright to all images. Images may be used for portfolio, social media, website, and marketing purposes unless a privacy agreement is requested and signed in writing prior to the session.
Client Usage: Clients receive personal-use rights to download, print, and share their final images. Images may not be resold, edited, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
